The facility was extremely clean, the room was comfortable and fully equipped with a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans and dishes). The sitting area, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The staff were excellent, and the manager went over and above to make sure we had a suite that accommodated an elderly family member. Maintenance staff were also very helpful when we needed to change temperature in the room and address a sewer odor coming from the handicap bathroom.

100% top notch. Staff was amazing from front desk to housekeeping. Very clean great showers and very comfortable bed. We stay in Mentor once a year and will not stay at another location again. Great value
